What is this about?
A file name or a tag is often the quickest way to show a problem. Include one only if you are happy to send it.
Used to answer you and nothing else. Leave it blank to stay anonymous.
What gets sent with this Pochette filled these in so you don’t have to. Edit or clear anything you’d rather not send; the report goes through either way.
That is the whole list. No file name, no tag, no identifier: two reports from the same device cannot be linked to each other.
