If something is wrong or missing in Pochette, every route below reaches the same person, cheapest first.
Send feedback
The feedback form is the place for bugs, ideas and questions. No account, nothing posted publicly, and an email address is optional. Opened from the app’s Help menu, it fills in your Pochette version, system version, device model and language, which you can see, edit or clear before sending.
Open a public issue
If you would rather discuss it in the open, open an issue on our public support tracker. It needs a GitHub account, and everything in it is public.
Write to support@mgcrea.io and describe what you did and what happened instead.
Before you write
- Which build. The version and system details from the app’s About pane say which build you are on, which is usually the first thing worth knowing.
- Which device. Mac, iPad or iPhone, and where the folder lives: this device, iCloud Drive or an external drive.
- Which file. A rename or a tag that comes out wrong is usually about one file. Its format (MP3, AAC, Ogg, FLAC, AIFF or WAV) and the pattern you used say most of it. Please don’t attach music you don’t own the rights to send.
- Steps to reproduce, and a screenshot of the plan sheet if the plan looked wrong.
